What if I’m not sure which tier is right?
That’s what the audit is for. Book a free session and we’ll tell you exactly which tier makes sense for your business — and which automations will produce the fastest return.
Do I own the system?
Yes. The workflow automations we build are yours — even if you ever cancel Managed Care, the workflow system transfers to your own infrastructure account and keeps running exactly as built.
AI Services (Receptionist, Operations Advisor) work a little differently — they require an ongoing AI account that someone has to pay. Under Managed Care, we handle that. On cancellation you can either set up your own AI account and we transfer the configuration to it, or the AI Service stops and the underlying workflow keeps running. Spelled out clearly in your service agreement before you sign anything.
How long does implementation take?
Starter implementations typically take 1–2 weeks. Growth takes 2–3 weeks. Full System takes 3–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you work with medical, dental, legal, or financial businesses?
Yes — sensitive industries get a custom-scoped engagement. Our standard pricing covers service businesses (home services, creative services, professional services, B2B sales). For medical, dental, legal, financial, or other regulated contexts, we layer in additional infrastructure — compliant data handling, privileged communications, audit trails — and scope the uplift during your audit.
Is there a long-term contract for Managed Care?
No. Managed Care is month-to-month. Cancel any time. The reason most clients keep it isn’t a contract — it’s that a system that keeps improving is worth more than one that doesn’t.
Why do AI services have monthly fees on top of setup?
Because the underlying AI infrastructure (model calls, voice processing, SMS gateway, etc.) has real ongoing costs we pass through honestly. The monthly fee covers the actual infrastructure plus ongoing optimization. We don’t hide that cost in a higher upfront price.
What if I don’t get Managed Care?
You own what we built and it keeps running. Managed Care is the ongoing layer — keeping integrations alive as APIs change, refining prompts as models improve, monitoring deliverability, and handling new edge cases as your business evolves. Without it, you’ll either own that maintenance internally or come back to us at our hourly rate (typically more expensive than the monthly over a year). There’s no lockout and no gating — you can add Managed Care later if you decide you want it. Most clients do, because the system stops improving the day we deliver it.
What if the system doesn’t produce results?
We design every system around measurable outcomes — response time, conversion rate, calls answered, reviews collected. If the system isn’t producing what we said it would in the first 30 days post-launch, we keep building until it does. That’s included in the original engagement, not a paid add-on.
