We collect only what we need to respond to you, run your project, and improve this site — nothing more. This page explains what that is, how it’s used, and how to ask us to remove it. Last updated June 22, 2026.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — the free audit request or the project intake — we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email, phone number, the software you currently use, and any notes you add. Our systems also record routine technical context with each submission, such as the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent string, and the country your request came from, which we use to filter spam and understand where inquiries originate.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule your audit, and prepare a proposal.
- To build, run, and support your automation systems if you become a client.
- To keep records of agreements and payments.
- To understand which pages and services draw interest, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Analytics & cookies
We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and see which pages and sources bring visitors. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other websites. Because of that, this site does not require a cookie-consent banner. If we ever add analytics or tools that set cookies, we will update this page and add a consent notice first.
Service providers we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores form submissions, and provides the cookieless analytics above.
- Stripe — processes payments for clients. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Email — we use email to follow up on inquiries and send proposals and onboarding.
Each of these providers handles your data under its own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we’re working together and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and follow-up purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
